H&F Confirm Details of the Cohiba Talisman Launch

Hunters & Frankau has released further details of the upcoming global launch party for the Cohiba Talisman (2017 limited edition).

It had previously been confirmed that this sold out party will take place on Tuesday 7th November at the Corinthia Hotel London and that the evening will be held in The Garden Lounge of the hotel from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

However, it has now been announced that Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Champagne will be served alongside three bespoke cocktails (two created with The Dalmore 12 year old and one with Havana Club 7 year old) created especially to pair with the Cohiba Talisman.

There will also be a selection of Havana Club rums, Dalmore Scotch whiskies and Hennessy cognacs served from stations inside the courtroom.

Matthieu de Gottal Chocolatier has crafted a selection of fine chocolates exclusively for the evening and Difference Coffee Co will be on hand, providing guests with the world’s best terroir-led coffee.

It has also been confirmed that Leopoldo Cintra  (Commercial Vice-president), Jose Maria Lopes-Inchaurbe (Development Vice-president) of Habanos s.a and Rodi Manuel Valdez (Vice-president) of Tabacuba will all be flying over from Cuba to attend the party.

Habanos S.A. have donated the first box of 10 Talismans produced at the El Laguito factory in Havana for the victims of Irma in Cuba. The box will be signed by the Director of El Laguito Factory and will come together with a letter from Habanos S.A certifying its origin.

The raffle will be drawn during the Cohiba Talisman launch and all proceeds will go toward helping victims of hurricane Irma. Guests also have the chance to view the “Cohiba – the Ultimate Collection” cigar and humidor display, while Harriet Brocket will be launching her latest photographic exhibition “Cuba”.

A live Cuban band, Son Yambu, will be on hand to ensure that this English garden party has a distinctly Latin twist.

There will also be a gift bag containing one or two surprises…
